PRINTing

WHETHER 50 OR 50,000 WE HAVE EVERY printing PROJECT COVERED.

Featured Print Options

  • Plastisol

Plastisol ink is an oil-based ink that is opaque with a subtle sheen. This ink sits on top of the fabric, which gives it opaque qualities and a slightly textured feel, but we always try and keep it as soft as possible. Traditional plastisol can be color matched for color accuracy, and it works on almost any garment type.

  • Discharge

Discharge ink is a water-based ink made with a bleaching additive that removes the dyes from the garment, allowing the natural fiber colors to show through. These pigments can generally be color matched to meet the color needed in your design. Discharge inks work primarily with 100% cotton garments.

  • Water Based

This ink is (as the name implies) is water-soluble. The end result is softer vintage feel. That said water-based inks don’t typically work well on dark garments and are subject to fading when washed.

  • HSA

HSAs are water-based inks, but with a chemical formulation that makes them thicker than a traditional water base and a little more comparable to plastisol inks. They print completely opaque and are like a very soft plastisol, but they're both phthalate and PVC free.

  • Reverse

A reverse screen print, otherwise known as a “push through”, is essentially a normal print but like the name implies, in reverse! We print on the inside of a blank t-shirt where some of the ink shows through on the other side. This results in a natural textured look but is very dependent on the blank being used.

  • Specialty Inks

There’s a near endless number of specialty inks and it’s safe to say we’ve probably tried them all! Whether it’s glitter, shimmer, glow, puff, gel, high-density, blister, or reflective (to name some of the options) just let us know what you’re after and we’ll help make it happen!

Featured Specialty Inks

  • Glitter Inks

Glitter ink is composed of flakes of shiny foil or plastic called crystalina, usually in a plastisol base.

  • Shimmer Inks

Featuring a fine glitter particle that is much smaller than standard glitter. The result is a more subtle, shimmer.

  • Metallic Inks

Metallic ink printing combines small particles of copper, zinc, and aluminum to a clear plastisol ink.

  • Foil Inks

Glitter ink is composed of flakes of shiny foil or plastic called crystalina, usually in a plastisol base.

  • Glow In The Dark

Glow-in-the-Dark (phosphorescent) ink produces a glow when exposed to light and viewed in a darken area.

  • 3M Reflective

This ink shows up grey with a matte finish when dry, and reflects a bright white when hit with a light source.

  • Pearl Inks

This transparent ink exhibits a beautiful pearl effect that shimmers with iridescent metallic colors.

  • Silicone Inks

Ideal for elastic garments used in the sports apparel markets, it’s stretchability is unmatched among screen printing inks.
